Sonny was such a wonderful fellow. He
loved squeaky toys and would play and chase them for hours. He also was all
stud dog. The photo below is of him as a Knight Errant going forth to do
battle with that dastardly fence to free the fair damsel imprisoned within.
He tore that woven fence stuff out so
often that we finally changed it to vertical boards. We were afraid he would
loose someone's visiting bitch. He passed his lovely temperament on to his
puppies. The English did not like him. In the ten years he spent in England,
he was used less than ten times. He came here at age 10 and sired 24 litters
and is a gold ROM stud dog.
